We value you as a resident and welcome your comments, concerns, questions and feedback regarding the operation of your apartment at Parcstone Apartments.

If this is an emergency, please call the Parcstone Leasing Center at (910) 223-1425. Should the Leasing Center be closed or unable to answer your call immediately, please follow the prompts to the emergency message line. Requests entered utilizing the service request portal will be entered by a Parcstone representative on the next business day.

  • For the benefit of all residents and service team members, answers to the following questions will be needed to assess any risk prior to entering the apartment home.

  • Schedule Service – Again, for the benefit of all residents and service team members, and in accordance with the social distance guideline, service can only be performed in homes while no occupants are home.
